1.Who We Are
Skyblooh is operated as a B2B marketplace headquartered in Pakistan. References to “the Platform” mean the Skyblooh website, dashboards, and any related services. For questions about this policy or to exercise any of the rights described below, contact us at support@skyblooh.com.
We are the data controller for personal information collected through the Platform. Where third parties act as independent controllers (for example, our payment processor), that is noted in the relevant section below.
2.Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information so the Platform can function and so we can serve you well:
- Account information — name, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed), the agency or advertiser role you hold, and your profile preferences.
- Business and listing data — information you submit about agencies, ad spaces, campaigns, inquiries, proof of delivery, and supporting media (photos and documents).
- Billing data — invoice metadata, plan, currency, and payment status. We do not see or store your full card number; that data is collected and held by our payment processor (Paddle).
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, and error diagnostics.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.
- Communications — the contents of emails, support tickets, and inquiries you send through the Platform.
3.How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the marketplace (accounts, listings, campaigns, billing, support).
- Verify identity, prevent fraud, and protect the integrity of the platform and its users.
- Process payments and refunds, send invoices, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
- Send transactional emails (account, billing, security, campaign, and proof notifications).
- Send service-related announcements and, where you have opted in, product updates and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- Improve the platform — debug errors, measure performance, and analyse usage so we can fix what’s broken and build what’s next.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.
4.Legal Bases for Processing
When processing is subject to the EU/UK GDPR or similar regimes, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract — to deliver the services you signed up for (account, listings, payments).
- Legitimate interests — to keep the platform secure, prevent abuse, improve the product, and measure performance, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent — for non-essential cookies and optional marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — to meet tax, accounting, and lawful-request requirements.
6.International Transfers
Skyblooh operates from Pakistan and uses service providers that may store or process data in other countries (including the EU, UK, and United States). Where personal information is transferred outside your country, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms (such as standard contractual clauses) and take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives a level of protection consistent with this policy.
7.Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Typical retention windows:
- Account and listing data — for the life of your account, plus a short window after closure for fraud-prevention and dispute resolution.
- Invoices and tax records — retained for the periods required by applicable tax and accounting law (commonly 5–7 years).
- Support communications — retained for as long as needed to resolve your request and meet reasonable record-keeping obligations.
- Diagnostic / log data — kept on a rolling short-term basis (typically up to 90 days for detailed logs).
8.Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal-retention obligations).
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy of data you provided directly.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email support@skyblooh.com. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
9.Security
We use a combination of technical and organisational measures — including encrypted transit, hashed passwords, scoped access controls, audit logging, and continuous monitoring — to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever experience a breach that affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
10.Children
The Platform is intended for use by businesses and adult professionals. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, give you reasonable advance notice by email or through the Platform.
